Agenda & Comments

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated safety guidelines put in place by the CDC, the State of Utah, and local health departments, Board of Water Resources meetings will be closed to in-person attendance and will be conducted electronically until further notice. As approved by Utah Governor Gary Herbert through Executive Order 2020-5, this format will be used instead of the in-person public meetings that usually occur.

Public Comment

To participate in Board meetings, public comments relating to agenda items can be submitted via the online form below.  Public comment for the June 18 meeting opens June 12 and closes at noon Thursday, June 18. All comments relating to the meeting agenda received prior to noon on the meeting date will be read into the record at the meeting. Public comment will NOT be accepted during the meeting. Board members will have the opportunity to review comments prior to the meeting. Board folders that include project details for the agenda items will also be posted on this page.
